I am an established Family Nurse Practitioner with 31 years of nursing experience ensuring you have quality health care. My Journey to bridge medicine with holistic health approaches began in 2015. In my general medical practice managing diseases, and caring for patients in their home environment, I have discovered that healing is more than treating a disease. It’s about treating the WHOLE person integrating the mind, spirit, environment as well as the physical. This passion has led me to a healing pathway journey, that I have incorporated in my own life an have experienced the health benefits that I desire to share with others. I value the relationship between the patient and provider. I believe in helping you foster a deeper understanding of self. My goal is to get a sense of who you are as a person to understand your lifestyle behaviors, relationships, important life events in addition to your medical condition. My goal is to not only support your medical condition, but to also bring awareness to your lifestyle habits to improve your overall wellness. I personally practice yoga, Reiki, meditation and aromatherapy. Yoga helps to balance my mind and body, Reiki gives me deep relaxation and aromatherapy helps to support my healing. These modalities including appropriate supplements integrated in your health helps to reduce stress and promote self healing. Come see what Holistic Whole Health has to offer to help you develop a internal connection to transform your life and improve your overall health.
