Beginner’s Yoga is a great way to start your yoga practice. Yoga is about balance and creating equanimity to live in peace, good health, and harmony with the greater whole. We offer private and semi-private classes that will instruct you on beginner yoga poses and sequencing to build strength, flexibility, and confidence to create a strong foundation and love for the practice.
